Bring your existing contacts into this agency workspace from a CSV file.
1. Prepare your CSV
Required columns: name, insurance_type, and email or phone. Accepted coverage: Auto, Home, Life, Health, Commercial, Other. Optional: zip_code, notes, status, quote_carrier, quoted_premium, quote_expires_at, policy_renewal_at, renewal_status.
Before you upload
- CSV files up to 5 MB and 1,000 lead rows are supported per import.
- Rows that fail validation are skipped and listed after the import.
- Rows are added as new leads; existing records are not updated or deduplicated.
- Imported leads are not treated as opted in to SMS.
